Our standard MOQ is 50 units for faucets and 100 units for shower systems. Mixed models are accepted in one shipment subject to packaging optimization.
Yes. We support OEM/ODM including custom branding (laser/printing), packaging, finishes (chrome, matte black, brushed gold, gunmetal/PVD, etc.), and basic CAD support for adaptations.
Lead-free brass, stainless steel (e.g., 304), and engineering plastics depending on item and target market. Lead-free options and water-saving aerators are available upon request.
We can supply documentation for markets requiring CE, cUPC, WaterMark, NSF/ANSI 61, SASO, RoHS and others for specific models. Ask us which certificates apply to your target SKUs.
Normally 25–30 days after deposit and confirmation of all details (finishes, packaging, artwork). Peak seasons or special finishes may require extra time.
Yes. Samples are available; charges and courier costs are usually deductible from a bulk order. We can ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX or your forwarder.
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight can be discussed for qualified orders.
Yes. We commonly arrange FOB Xiamen. We can assist with inland trucking from Quanzhou to Xiamen port, export documentation, and booking. CIF or DDP can be discussed via our partner forwarders.
Chrome, matte black, brushed nickel/gold, gunmetal (PVD), white and custom colors. Salt-spray/adhesion tests per finish can be provided for projects.
100% leak testing, incoming material inspection, surface treatment checks, and life-cycle testing on cartridges. Facilities run under ISO 9001 quality management.
Yes. We offer universal connections (e.g., G1/2”, NPT options) and can adapt flow rates (e.g., 6–8 L/min) or aerators to match local regulations.
Standard warranty is 1–3 years depending on item and market. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Spare parts support is available.
Yes. We can supply datasheets, exploded views, installation guides, and basic CAD/3D files for approvals and submittals.
Neutral export cartons, custom color boxes, barcode/labeling per your requirements, and palletization if needed. We design to protect finishes during long-haul shipping.
